In October, Megan Fowler, owner of Brown Parcel Press, taught fifth grade students about art design and led them to develop a PepToc project. The class began working together to develop an art design around a positive and uplifting phrase that Fowler put into production at her studio for a limited release. CONTRIBUTED

Throughout December, Richard Phillips hosted Reindeer Flight School, Milledgeville’s largest light display, with over 40,000 lights to see. CONTRIBUTED
