    Old Capital Car Club member Bruce Baggarly is preparing to show off his prized possession and family heirloom in the car show Oct. 18 at the Deep Roots festival.

    “I was encouraged by my granddaughter, Harmony Brynteson, and the club to share this story with our local news,” said Baggarly. “Harmony recently shared her journey with art, and this is another story that connects to our local community.”
