The Sparta Hancock Chamber of Commerce announced that the 2023 Pine Tree Festival will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Oct. 26, 27, and 28, under the theme of Community Unity.
“This theme is an action statement, encouraging every citizen to unite for economic and social progress,” said Chamber President La Tunya Goodwin.
The event kicks off on Thursday, Oct. 26, with the opening of the carnival rides and the new addition of a Family Night, featuring the outstanding magician C. Magic.
C. Magic infuses comedy, drama, and audience participation in his performances. He was voted 2023 Best of Atlanta Magicians. His style of entertainment will delight all ages.
“Family Night will set the pace for a fun, successful and memorable Pine Tree Festival,” said Goodwin.
Many activities are being planned, including a special senior event, a parade, musicians, and surprise performers.
Vendors are encouraged; applications are available online at spartahancockchamber.com. Costs are $150 per space for food vendors and $100 per space for non-food vendors. Money orders or cashier’s checks only. There will be no day-of spaces sold.
The Sparta Hancock Chamber of Commerce invites surrounding counties to visit this annual event and enjoy the festivities.
