The Life Enrichment Center (LEC), a nonprofit organization serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, hosted its official opening for its Urban Arts Village, on July 15. The Urban Arts Village is located on New City Church at the Mill’s property on 224 East Walton St.

Georgia Military College Preparatory School (GMC Prep) was thrilled to welcome Broadway Star, Adam Jacobs, to campus for the Elementary School Fine Arts production of Disney’s Aladdin Jr. As part of GMC Prep School’s Guest Artist Series, Jacobs is the fifth Broadway star to visit in the past year.

The Baldwin County School District honored the 2023 Distinguished Alumni at its inaugural Distinguished Alumni Gala on March 11 in Georgia College’s Magnolia Ballroom. In addition, each alumnus is being highlighted individually on the district’s news website, The Baldwin Beat.
