Winton Loransey “W.L.” Meeks, 76, of Washington County, passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022. Survivors include his wife Barbara Jean Meeks; daughters Trisha McNair (Joey) and Sherry Meeks (Tracy); sister Dannie Rutherford of Lake Placid, Florida; four grandchildren, Cole McNair, Carley McNair, Cooper McNair, Shawn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
