William Kenneth “Billy” Smith, 54, of Milledgeville, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Survivors include his sister Cindy Humphrey (Chuck) of Milledgeville; niece, Savanna Roughen of Milledgeville; nephew, P.J. Roughen of Eatonton; and special friends Robbie Snow and Ann Sheppard Brewer.
