Thomas Edward Lowe, 84, of Atlanta; passed away on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Cook Lowe; daughter, Lori Clark of Eatonton; sons, Anthony Mitchell (Kathy) of Panama City Beach, Florida, Duane Lowe (Lynette) of St. Mary’s; grandchildren, Rachael Mincey, Spencer Lowe, Chelsey Lowe, Emily Mitchell, Jessie Smith, Lillie Smith; and greatgrandchildren, Chloe Young, Mason Lowe, Lainey Lowe, Jackson Lowe, and McKenna Lowe.
