Tashia McCullar Branan, 65, of Milledgeville, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025. Survivors include her husband, David Scott Branan of Milledgeville, daughter, April Branan Raley (Justin) of Milledgeville; mother, Joan Newsome McCullar of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Chase Allen Raley and Hannah Marie Raley.
