Sandra Marie Mercer Cooper, 79, passed away on Aug. 16, 2026. Moores Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Visitation is set for (today) Thursday, Aug. 20 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Moores, with the service to immediately follow. Survivors include her sons, Anthony S. Cooper (Becky), and Nathan A. Cooper (Andrea), all of Milledgeville, two grandchildren Carson and Aiden.
