Sandra Hartmann Balfour, 86, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022. Survivors include her brother Eric (Delores) Hartmann; her daughters Julie and Susan (Gregory Thigpen) Balfour; grandchildren Joey, Tommy, and Bella; and her ten nieces and nephews.
