Rosa Marie “Rose” Freeman Hartley, 80, of Milledgeville, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Survivors include her children, Phillip Lamar Hartley, Jr. (Sheneika) of Graniteville, South Carolina, Richard Eugene “Rick” Hartley (Beth) of Cedartown, and Tracy Hartley Clark (Jay) of Milledgeville; siblings, Mary Jane Colson, Brenda Allen, Jeanette Nelson (Hilton), and Sherry Wilson; and grandchildren, Mitchell Lee Hartley (Mady) , Margaret E. “Megan” Hartley, Alice C. Hartley, Katherine Rose “Katie” Hartley, and Madeline Rose Clark.
