Ronald "Flaps" Stanley, 71, of Baldwin County, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. Survivors include fi ancé Deborah Osborne; brothers, Lewis (Melody) Vancel of Indiana and Harold Vancel of Jeff erson; nephew, John A. Stanley; aunt, Helen Medlin; cousins, Fundy Stewart, David Spivey and Nancy Medlin Bailey, and a number of other relatives
