Lonnie Junior “Charlie” Thigpen ,41, passed away on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022. Survivors include his sisters, Penny Stephens and Jennie “Peggy” Thigpen, both of Milledgeville; brother, David (Wendi) Lamar Thigpen of Athens; children, Caleb Thigpen and Joshua Thigpen of Wilkinson County; and nephew, Michael Stephens.
