Josephine Melton Davis, 102, of Milledgeville, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024. Survivors include her children, Nancy Veal (Johnny) of Milledgeville, Jim Davis (Brenda) of Eatonton, Kay Capelle (William) of Gulfport, Mississippi, Tina Roberts (Danny) of Eatonton; grandchildren, John Veal (Darenda) of Milledgeville, Wesley Capelle of Everett, Washington, Joanna Roberts (Charlie Martin) of Winterville, and Natalie Capelle of Winter Park, Florida; great-granddaughter, Linsey Assenburg of Oosterhout, The Netherlands; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
