Johnnie “Jannie” Jean Halligan, 47, of Milledgeville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2023. Survivors include her sons, Mali Ricks (Jamerial), Maurice Ricks III (Maliza) and Tamarco Kitchens all of Milledgeville; parents, Wanda and Johnny Halligan; sister, Christina Darlene Osborne (Lewis) all of Milledgeville; grandmother, Dorothy Crabb from Dublin; niece, Nicole Osborne; nephew, TJ Osborne (Kennedy); great niece, Bailey Osborne; great nephews, Solomon London IV, Holden Osborne, Lewis (Louie) Osborne, and Harrison Osborne all of Milledgeville.
