Survivors include his wife, Dorothy “Dot” Dixon Phillips of Milledgeville; daughter, Michelle (Kevin) Kitchens of Gray; son, Michael (Amy) Phillips of Gray; sister, Debbie Phillips of Haddock; grandchildren, Courtney, Summer, McKayla, Madison, Haylie, Harley, Marissa, & Olivia; and greatgrandchildren, Zoey, Walt, Emmah, Noah, Elliannah, Ashton, Avery, and Shaw.
