Jason Allen Fordham, 40, of Milledgeville, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. Survivors include his mother and step father Connie and Bart Pearce of Milledgeville; fiancé, Brandy Giles of Milledgeville; daughters, Sierra Fordham and Cheyenne Scott, both of Milledgeville; sister, Jessica Fordham of Gray; and brothers, Josh Kitchens of Warner Robins, Justin Rollis of Bonaire, Tanner Pearce of Toomsboro, Josh Efird of Gordon, and Brandon Fordham of Perry.
