Fred Allen Patrick ,71, of Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Survivors include his brothers, Darrell Patrick (Kathy), Dennis Patrick (Christine) and Franklin Patrick (Patricia); and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
