Freaman Higgins, 89, of Milledgeville, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Adams Higgins of Milledgeville; daughter, Andrea L. Higgins of Milledgeville; son-in-law, Keith Meeks of Milledgeville; brother, Samuel Higgins (Gloria) of Alabama; and grandchildren, Dr. Lena Glowka of CT, Nicholas Glowka of Milledgeville, Hope Hancock of Milledgeville, and Jayden Meeks of Milledgeville.
