Fran “Frank” Biba, 82, of Yugoslavia, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023. Survivors include his wife, Zoja Gjokaj Biba; children, Kined Biba (Antoneta) of Gwinnett County, Liza Nikollaj (Mhill) of Florida, Krist Biba (Pashke) of Cumming, Ilir Biba (Pashke) of Florida, Hana Biba (Rumualdo) of Milledgeville, Elonida Lekaj (Ilir); 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
