Survivors include his father, Scott Dukes; mother Dami Tollison; siblings, Kayleigh Cierra Dukes of Milledgeville, Brandon Tollison of Gordon, Kahne Ezelle of Milledgeville, Tyler Dukes of Macon and Syler Dukes of Milledgeville; grandparents, Francis Dukes and Chuck and Carla Tollison; and a number of other relatives.
