Survivors include his wife Phyllis Jean Allen of 35 years; children Amy Martin (Ernie), Jayson Oberley (Candice), and a distant daughter Samantha Birman; grandchildren, Amanda Allen aka Mandy, Jayson Oberley Jr. (Lala), Jasmine (Carson) Klaas, and a special granddaughter Chelsea Butler; great-grandsons, Brayzdin-Elijah Kahale-Oberley-Bustamante, Bradlee Keoki Allen, Kayde Lanakila Klaas, and Branzdyn-Charles Kahale-Oberley-Bustamante; mother, Fannie Mae Allen; sisters, Catherine (Thomas) Stewart, Wytina (Bruce) Jackson and Maxine Reaves. 1 brother Kelly Allen; sister in laws, Geraldine Allen and Brenda Allen Carol Shouse (Lew) Ginny Brown (Bruce) Vivian Owens (Roy) Patricia Heitman; aunts, Lucille Solomon Emma Wilson and Viola Willis; uncles, Melvin Veal Timothy (Lucille) Veal Freddie (Shirley) Veal Sr; brother-in-law, Craig (Yevonne) Cearns; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
