Charlene Nobuko Kandlbinder Munger, 68, of Okinawa, Japan passed away Friday, Dec. 23, 2022. Survivors include her daughter Bobbie Munger of Milledgeville; companion, Jimmy L. Passmore of Milledgeville; sisters, Marsha Vinson of Baldwin, Florida, Charollet Foskey of Adrian and Ruth Warren of Milledgeville; and grandchildren, Ashley Hurt, Mya Milner and Michael Munger all of Milledgeville.
