Survivors include his wife of thirty-seven years, Betty Sue Mims Davis of Buford; stepchildren, Meritha (Steve) Sisum of Buford, and John Eric Berry of Douglasville; grandchild, Noah Caspian Sisum; sister, Cornelia Davis Overby of Columbus; nephew, Terry Overby of Columbus; and several cousins.
