Arthur Newton “Rudy” Blackwell, 101, of Hardwick, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024. Survivors include his sons, Bob Blackwell (Shirley) of Gadsden, Alabama and Billy Blackwell of Milledgeville; brother, Max Blackwell of Coopers; and grandson Blake O’Shields of Denedin, Florida.
