Annette Watts Payne, 86, 0f Millegdveille, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022. Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Phillips of Haddock; son, Jeffrey Phillips (Dot) of Milledgeville; stepdaughters, Vangie Sligar and Kay Goodin both of Augusta; grandchildren, Michael Phillips (Amy) of Macon and Michele Kitchens (Kevin) of Gray; faithful friends, Jewel McKinley and Joann Walker and her furbaby Precious; two grandchildren, six great grandchildren and eighth great great grandchildren.
