Kathy Renfroe Mobley, 71, passed away on Sept. 4, 2026. Williams Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. The service is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 14 at 1 p.m. at Williams. Survivors include her son, Shawn Foster; granddaughters, Morgan Foster Williamson and Riley Foster; great granddaughters, Leighton, Reeve, and Ollie Williamson; her son, Mark Foster and his partner, Tanya Massari; granddaughters, Allie Foster and Bella Foster; grandson, Blake Foster; sisters, Rebecca Fisher of Milledgeville, Georgia, and Linda Watson of Dandridge, Tennessee.
