Lake Oconee Elks visited the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville Aug. 25, where they hosted a social with pizza, ice cream, and cookies for 45 residents, plus staff . Members of Lake Oconee Elks visit the Georgia War Veterans Home monthly to host various events such as cookouts and bingo games, or to provide a catered meal from local restaurants.
