A 32-year-old man remains behind bars at the county jail with no bond after being arrested on Aug. 13.
Cody Michael Parker was charged with one count of child molestation and one count of rape. The victim, according to detectives, is Parker’s 8-year-old stepdaughter.
The incidents occurred at the family home in the Capitol Mobile Home Park off of Ga. 49, according to detectives.
