LO Elks host GWVH fish fry

  • The Lake Oconee Elks hosted a fish fry Oct. 28 at the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville. They served over 50 lbs. of fileted fish and sides to 47 veterans in the recreation center and provided 12 to-go meals to 12 nonmobile veterans along with 23 staff members. Lake Oconee Elks thanks Chairman Mike De Petrillo and his volunteers for making it a great event for the veterans. CONTRIBUTED
