Thelma Thomas Riggs Moore, 82, of Milledgeville, passed away Monday, Aug. 11, 2025. Survivors include her son, Marcus Beckom of Milledgeville; sisters, Imogene Bowen of Gray, Gail Thomas of Vancouver, Washington, Nadine Logan of Macon, Denise Thomas of Eugene, Oregon, and Natalie Thomas of Sierra Woods, Washington; and brothers, Eddie Thomas of Baker City, Oregon, Joseph Thomas of Portland, Oregon, and Bernard Thomas of Issaqua, Washington.
