Mildred Sweat Johnson, 89, of Washington County, passed away Monday, June 16, 2025. Survivors include her daughter Patsy Carr (Freddie) of Dublin; grandsons, Dr. David Carr (Maria) of Rochester, New York and Blake Carr (Brooke) of Dexter; greatgrandsons Isaiah Carr, Joshua Carr, Maclairah Carr and Walker Carr; sisters Marie Tuten, Grace Prosser, Marilyn Lee; and brother William Sweat.
