Burger Week 2025 came to a close after 10 days of mouthwatering $10 burger specials across downtown Milledgeville. This flavorful event, hosted in partnership with Milledgeville Main Street, Visit Milledgeville, and the Georgia Beef Board, brought the community together to support local restaurants and try something new.
For 10 beef-filled days, diners explored bold burger creations, stepped out of their usual dining routines, and cast their votes for the People’s Choice Burger. In addition to crowd- favorite recognition, the event also tracked the “Most Beef Sold” across all participating restaurants.
Kai Thai wowed with their Thai BBQ Burger, earning People’s Choice and the Most Beef Sold award. Known for going all out with flavor and presentation, Kai Thai’s inventive entry was a clear favorite among locals and visitors alike. Kai Thai has won People’s Choice all three years of the event.
Second place went to Cantina Letty’s, a newcomer to the community and Burger Week, with their flavorful Taco Burger.
Third place was claimed by Legends, whose classic Smash Burger proved that simple-doneright is always a crowd-pleaser.
“We want to thank everyone who participated, from our creative chefs to the burger-loving customers who showed up and supported local,” said Carlee Schulte, director of Milledgeville Main Street. “It’s a fun, engaging way to promote local business and, of course, enjoy a lot of really good food.”
