What: Road Dedication Event When: 10 a.m. Where: Baldwin County High School; 155 GA-49 More Info: State Rep. Floyd Griffin will host a road dedication event in honor of the Latasha R. Butts Memorial Highway. During the 2025 legislative session, Griffin introduced House Resolution 71, which dedicates a road in Butts’ memory. HR 71 was then incorporated into Senate Resolution 8, the Senate’s annual road dedication package, and adopted into law. In the case of inclement weather, the road dedication event will take place at the covered entrance to the high school building.
