Survivors include his mother, Judy Prather Bell of Milledgeville; daughters, Winter Bell, Autumn Murphy (Shawn), Summer Leggat (Daniel), Millany Bell and Laura Watkins; brother, Rodney Bell; sister, Teresa Munsey all of Milledgeville; partner Wendy Bell of Milledgeville; grandchild, Lacey Murphy; and a number of nieces and nephews.
