“The Graces” by Grace Wood features herself, her sister, and her grandmother. The painting reflects Frida Kahlo’s “The Two Fridas” mimicking her and her sister’s struggles with anxiety with the original paintings focus on Kahlo’s self image, one that faced many health issues during her life.
