Alma Jean Cooper Parham, 74, of Milledgeville, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024. Survivors include her daughter, Mayor Mary Parham Copelan (Charlie) of Milledgeville; son, William Richard Parham, Jr. of Atlanta; sisters, Johnnie Mae Cooper Primas (Willie) of Devereux, and Luvenia Cooper Kinslow (Calvin) of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Obinna Hurt (Alicia) of Jackson and Asa Parham of Atlanta; great-grandchildren, Isaiah E. Hurt, Londyn Downing, Reagan Zachary, Lennox Hurt, and Landon Hurt; aunts, Williebell Wright Primus (Otis Primus, Jr.), Martha Cooper, and Luvenia Cooper Bell; sisters-inlaw, Juanita D. Parks, and Lillian L. Warren; brothers-in-law, Willie Parham (Kimberly), and Paul Parham; devoted nieces, Qwana Falkenberg and Kimberly Kinslow; a cousin, Naomi O’neal; sisters from the kingdom, Kim Godwin, Gloria Barnes, Gloria Hartry, Gloria and Amy Guyton; and a host of family and friends, as well as the entire North Milledgeville Congregation of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
