Shirley Joyce Spivey, 88, of Milledgeville, passed away on October 18, 2024. Survivors include brothers, Larry Spivey of Milledgeville and James Spivey (Raya) of Texas; nieces, Shirley Ann Smith of Milledgeville, Darlene Eakins of California and Sheryl Harris of Texas; and nephew, Jay Spivey of Thomaston.
