William “Bill” J. Sopp, 78, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2024. Survivors include his wife, Betty Sopp; brother, Neil Sopp and sister, Evelyn Loughran; sons: Brian Sopp, Jimmy Prance, and Steven Prance; seven grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
