Survivors include his three sons; Dirk Council (Cheryl); granddaughter, Kara Kelsey (John); great-grandchildren John, Hunter and Kaylee; Van Council; grandson, Lucas Council (Braedyn);granddaughter, Dakota Council; Michael Council (Joanne); grandson, Trent Council (fiancée Ashley Clarke).
