Rosemary Ivey Fordham Phillips, 74, of Milledgeville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 19, 2024.
Survivors include her husband David Phillips of Milledgeville; son, Andy Fordham (Haley) of Putnam County; daughter, Heather Fordham Roland of Milledgeville; stepchildren, Eric Phillips (Christa) of Milledgeville, Michelle Jackson (Jay) of Washington County and Tracey Burrell of Milledgeville; brother, Paul Ivey of Cumming; grandchildren, Camryn, Leland, Skylar, Devin, and Dylan; and several stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren.
