Frances “Fran” Tinsley Chapman, 76, of Milledgeville, passed away Sunday, Jan. 14, 2024.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Joseph “Wayne” Chapman of Milledgeville; children, Melissa “Lisa” Chapman Young of Greensboro, and James “Jim” William Chapman (Rachel) of Rentz; grandchildren, Joseph Tillman Young (Charity), Jonathan Ivy Young, Joseph ‘Joey” Wayne Chapman II, Sebastian Cosson, and Lilly Ann Chapman; greatgrandchildren, Joseph Wayne Young, Jonathan Cash Young, Scarlett Rose Young, Colton Arthur Young; as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
