71, of Milledgeville, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023. Survivors include her husband, Tommy Brooks of Elberton; son, Richard Boyer (Jill) of Eatonton; brothers, Jeff Hill (Kathy) of Eatonton and Don Hill (Lori) of Dublin; grandchildren, Rhett Boyer, Seth Boyer, and Allie Joy Osborne.
