Karen Louise Rowell, 61, of Milledgeville, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023. Survivors include her husband David Smith of Milledgeville; daughter, Julia Hinson of Southern Pines, North Carolina; sister, Kim McCurry of Ball Ground; brothers, Rusty Rowell of Waynesboro and Ronny Rowell of Ellijay; son, Brad Smith; and grandsons, Matthew and Mark Smith of Kathleen.
