Buford Lawson New, 96, of Sandersville, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023. Survivors include a son, Randall A. New (Cynthia) of Milledgeville; daughter, Peggy N. Coots (Steve Kramer) of Winchester, Kansas; sisters, Gloria J. Jones of Blairsville, and Erin N. Brantley of Nahuta; grandchildren, Amanda Roenfeld (Chris), Diana Riner (Jesse), Ashley Shafer (Brian), Corey New (Leslie) and Melissa Young (Matt); and nine great-grandchildren.
