Call for judges and volunteers for Georgia’s only K-5 Science Fair at GCSU

Every spring, Georgia College & State University hosts the state’s only K-5 Science Fair. The next fair on Thursday, March 9, promises to be the largest ever and judges, as well as volunteers, are needed to ensure a positive experience for our young scientists.

So far, there are 419 students with 309 projects coming from schools all over Georgia. Previously, the largest fair displayed 235 projects.

So, if you love science or have the ability to judge a science competition, please contact Dr.

Catrena Lisse, director of the GCSU Science Education Center, at 478-445-3511 and register to be a judge at https://www.rocketjudge. com/register/AD557vGM.
