Rev. Billy Carroll Mixon, 87, of Milledgeville, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Mathis Mixon of Milledgeville; daughters, Debra Jones (Ronnie) of Milledgeville and Sandra Kay Brake (Charlie) of Eatonton; sons, Garry Mixon (Cynthia) of Eatonton, Thomas Allen Mixon (Mary Patricia) of Milledgeville, Michael Andrew Mixon (Susan) of Eatonton; grandchildren, Melissa Daniel of Milledgeville, Selena Couch-Hill (David) of Albany, Scott Carroll Mixon of Eatonton, Kellie Evelyn Webb of Greensboro, Elizabeth Miller (Grady) of Jones County, Michael Hunter of Milledgeville, Jessica Bache (Will) of Gordon, Sydney Mixon of Danville, Andrew Curtis Mixon of Eatonton, Abbie Grace Mixon of Eatonton, and Preston Daniel; and four great-grandchildren, Westin Parker Webb, Aubree Moon, Melody Moon and Owen Bache.
