Frances W. Torrance, 91, of Milledgeville, passed away on Oct. 18, 2022. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Grady Torrance of Milledgeville; sons, Tom Torrance (Ellen) of Milledgeville, Andy Torrance (Eleisa) of Evans, and Steve Torrance (Janice) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; daughter Molly Miller (Mark) of Richmond Hill; sister-in-law Rachel Torrance of Monticello; 10 grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren.
