Debra Jo McCarty Lowery, 66, of Milledgeville, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2022. Survivors include her son, Shannon Norris of Milledgeville; ex-husband and love of her life, Gray Norris of Milledgeville; granddaughter, Andersen Rhys “Andie” Norris; sisters-in-law, Peggy McGee, Linda Blair, Sandy Harris, Carol Dunagan, Barbara Sellars and Kathleen McCarty; brother-in-law, Fred Norris; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
