Woodrow Wilson “Woody” Cox Jr, 86, of Putnam County, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Survivors include his wife Helga Saffran Cox; his daughter Karen (& Barry) Helms of Eatonton; his sons Thomas (& Carmen) Cox of South Carolina and John (& Dawn) Cox of Stockbridge; two brothers, Joe Cox (Gwen(and Richard Williams(Mesha); grandchildren, Jennifer (& Jonathan), Dustin, Jessica (& Alex), Broc (& Brittany), and Garrett; and nine great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
